Diasporal Discoveries was in the process of planning its 2^nd Annual Sistafest when the global pandemic began. Due to a number of issues surrounding the pandemic, Diasporal Discoveries’ programming went on hiatus and has yet to resume. Stay tuned for updates.

PGP&E believes in helping children achieve their highest potential. While we recognize that takes several “ingredients,” in the spirit of our premiere book series, Jayla’s Jaunts, we choose to focus on ways that positive cultural identity and world exploration can help propel young people toward greatness.

10% of the proceeds of Jayla’s Jaunts: All About Alabama will be donated to Diasporal Discoveries, an Illinois 501c3 nonprofit that provides cultural programming and travel opportunities to underserved youth, predominately on the Southside of Chicago.
